We had to come in for parts on our truck and that is never something we look forward to. Crystal really listened to our problem and got us the part we needed very quickly. She was very nice and easy to work with. This was a much better experience than we expected. We found out that she has been working there for years and it's obvious that she loves her job. We talked about her recent trip and how much she loved it but was ready to get back to work! That's not something you typically hear from someone that's actually at work ha! But it seemed genuine and she was very likeable.

Had an issue come up on a Sunday stopped in and was told it would be 3-4 days before they could even check my truck out. Giving them 3 stars only. Because the had the part I needed. However whenever the mechanic I called out called and asked about a part we waited almost 45 min to hear back from the dealer with part number, cost and availability.

I can’t say enough about the incredible experience I had with TLG Peterbilt Mid-America. After purchasing my truck from TLG Peterbilt in Fort Smith, I was on my way to Columbus, Ohio when I suddenly broke down in Missouri due to a major coolant leak and a transmission fault. It was one of the most stressful moments I’ve faced as a new owner-operator. I reached out to several TLG locations, and Mid-America was the only one that truly stepped up without hesitation. From the very first call, Zack went above and beyond. He was patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely cared about my situation. In a moment where I felt stuck and overwhelmed, he brought reassurance and took immediate action to help me get my truck safely to the dealership. If I had a magic wand, I would make every Peterbilt dealer in America part of the SLG Group! Every Peterbilt/Paccar (Rush, MHC, Dobbs) in the country should be traveling to your door and begging you to teach them how to do business the right way! I've never had a dealer experience like the one at Peterbilt in O'Fallon. I mean in a positive way! After leaving these other dealers, I have had parts falling off, parts left off, and parts installed improperly. I've never felt so at ease, even comforted by a dealer experience like the one this past week. Most of you owner ops know what it's like to be on a shoe string budget and on the verge of giving up. You can rest assured if you pull into TLG in the St Louis area you'll receive A+ service with a smile, and leave knowing you got your repairs done right, and in an extremely efficient time frame! I was in and out on a new clutch like the job was started an hour before I even got there! Super fast! Zack answer my call after midnight and I knew i was taking to the right people.
